Overview

Founded in 1940, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) is one of China's leading national universities, consistently recognized under the prestigious "211 Project", "985 Project" and "Double First-Class" initiatives. Application Prerequisites

Nationality

Non-Chinese citizens holding foreign passports. Requirements of the regulations set in the Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC should be met.

Healthy Status

Physically and mentally healthy and in good moral character.

Education Background

Have a high school diploma or above for Non-Degree and Bachelor's Degree programs, a Bachelor's for postgraduate programs, with a satisfactory academic record.

Language Proficiency

HSK4 with scores 180 or above for Chinese medium programs, TOEFL (>= 80), IELTS (>= 5.5), and or other certificates of the same proficiency level for English medium programs.

Supporting Documents

Other supporting materials that can prove learning ability and comprehensive quality, such as award certificates, scientific and technological achievements, publications, participation in activities, etc.
